v1.0 'amalgam'

Hand-made 70% dark chocolate with cacao from the Dominican Republic. This release is balanced and approachable, with fruity complexity that hooked me on single-origin chocolate making.

We taste classic hints of fudge and caramel, with pineapple tartness and a lingering finish that leaves me thinking of slow roasted sweet potatoes.

Each bar has its own unique label art--no two are the same. This release is a reflection on influences. As I think about all the chocolate I've eaten to make it here, I think about how all my work is a curated amalgam of my experiences.
