Hi, I'm Dan and I love chocolate

I'm a chocolate-maker, digital artist, and developer based in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.

My chocolate is dark and adventurous. I source high-quality single-origin cacao beans, then carefully roast and grind them to bring out interesting and unexpected flavours.

While making each batch, I develop unique label designs and imagine pairings that enhance the tasting experience.
